Update for Schools

Welsh Government have announced today that all schools in Wales will be allocated two planning days at the start of the Spring Term.

Therefore, Tuesday 4^th January and Wednesday 5^th January will now be closed to children.  School are now hoping to reopen to children on Thursday 6^th January 2022.  We will provide further updates via our school website and via text.

This is to allow schools to assess staffing capacity and put the necessary measures in place to support the return of learners, in light of the uncertainty regarding the impact of Omicron.  The school will also use the planning days to ensure that there are robust plans in place should we be required to move to remote learning.
